  • Orders may be cancelled due to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.

  • Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customized products typically require 2–3 business days for production before shipment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and customer location.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by shipping partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not available.

  • Returns may only be considered if:

    • The product arrives damaged during transit.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

    • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

  • Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or other suitable resolution.
