Refund policy

At Kasual Store, all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer using 3D printing technology. As personalized products are created exclusively for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been produced and shipped.

Returns

Returns are only considered if:

  1. The product arrives damaged during transit.
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  3. An incorrect product was delivered.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

All requests will be reviewed before a resolution is provided.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  1. Customized or personalized products
  2. Products made according to customer specifications
  3. Orders with incorrect customization details provided by the customer
  4. Change of mind after order confirmation

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Replacements

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement after reviewing the submitted evidence.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the 3D printing process has started, cancellations are not possible as the product is custom-made specifically for you.
