We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, but it may take longer if the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver in 4-7 business days, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, remote locations, or stocking issues may cause delays. Customers will receive a unique tracking link via email/SMS to track their package.

We only accept refunds or returns if the product is not delivered or lost, or if it is not what was ordered. In case of damage, we will replace the product with the same item; no refunds will be initiated. We require an opening video of the parcel (with the top wrap) for any claims, made within 7 days of delivery. We provide a return shipping label and instructions for returns, but items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
